They’re both just disguising something that isn’t that good, that probably could have been great with the right flavor. Plus, I hate things that depend on shock value for attention.
1. “I hate things that depend on shock value” sounds a little funny coming from someone who only blogs about A.) having a vagina, and/or the goings-on therein, and B.) wiping up liquid shit.
2. What does “the right flavor” mean in terms of horror movies? Are you saying horror films would be better if their scripts were rewritten to make them action movies or romantic comedies? Or is it just a shitty analogy?
3. Anyone with taste buds can tell you that there’s such a thing as food with the perfect amount of spice, just as anyone who’s seen a movie before can tell you that there are plenty of legitimately well-written, well-acted, well-directed, even critically-acclaimed classic films that fall under the “horror” genre.
